Training Contract
Our objective is to see you transition over the two-year period from a talented law student to a professional lawyer. You will have the opportunity to rotate in our practice areas: Life Sciences, Private Equity, Private Investment Funds, Real Estate, Technology, tax, and complex litigation and dispute resolution.
This ensures you will have the widest exposure to our business while meeting the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
If necessary, you will satisfy the contentious requirement by attending an external course.

Vacation Scheme
At Goodwin we’ll help you acquire the skills you need to be a successful lawyer. Our Vacation Scheme provides real insight into what it is like to train and work at Goodwin and it allows us to get to know you better. You will witness first-hand the work we do for our clients by shadowing partners and associates, attending client meetings, participating in negotiations and departmental meetings.
You will leave our programme with valuable mentors and a large professional and social network.
